Developed together with employer branding agency C2B, the campaign demonstrates how generative AI is rapidly changing not only recruitment marketing, but also the creative production process behind it.
Instead of producing a traditional recruitment video, the fast-growing technology company created a fully AI-generated cinematic short film inspired by the iconic red pill, blue pill scene from The Matrix.
Developed together with employer branding agency C2B, the campaign demonstrates how generative AI is rapidly changing not only recruitment marketing, but also the creative production process behind it.
“We wanted a campaign that truly reflected our culture of innovation and ambition. Our new employer brand film captures what it means to work at Robin Radar in a way that challenges the traditional standards of recruitment marketing.”

AI as the creative engine
Rather than relying on conventional film production, Robin Radar generated the complete cinematic experience using advanced AI tools. The result is a visually rich employer branding film that delivers a Hollywood-inspired look while dramatically reducing production complexity and costs.
The story places viewers at a crossroads: remain in a familiar, predictable job, or join a company developing technology that protects airports, defence organisations and critical infrastructure around the world.
The film forms the centrepiece of Robin Radar’s renewed Employer Value Proposition and redesigned careers platform.
Standing out in an increasingly competitive talent market
Robin Radar has grown into an international market leader in drone detection over the past fifteen years. That rapid expansion has also intensified its demand for highly specialised engineering and technology talent.
Rather than competing through traditional recruitment messaging, the organisation chose a campaign that reflects its identity as an innovation-driven scale-up. The AI-generated film reinforces the company’s positioning while creating an experience that immediately differentiates the employer brand.
More than a recruitment video
According to Tim Meuleman, Director at C2B, the campaign was never about using AI for its own sake.
Instead, AI enabled the team to combine strategy, storytelling and visual production in ways that would have been difficult, or prohibitively expensive, using conventional filmmaking.
The campaign illustrates how generative AI is increasingly becoming part of the creative toolkit for employer branding, allowing organisations to produce premium-quality content at unprecedented speed.
“To match Robin Radar’s pace of growth, we needed a concept that dared to stand out. AI allowed us to combine strategy and creativity in a way that simply wouldn’t have been possible with a traditional production.”

A glimpse into the future of employer branding
Although AI-generated imagery has become increasingly common, fully AI-produced employer branding campaigns remain relatively rare.
Robin Radar’s approach shows how organisations can use generative AI not merely to automate production, but to rethink how employer stories are created and experienced.
As AI tools continue to mature, campaigns like this may soon become less of an exception and more of a blueprint for recruitment marketing.
For talent acquisition leaders, the message is clear: AI is no longer just transforming sourcing and candidate engagement. It is beginning to reshape the creative side of employer branding as well.
