After a successful edition in 2022, the next one is already planned. Festival Recruitment in the Sun 2023 will take place on Friday, September 15. It will be a day with various informative, interactive and inspiring sessions on a variety of topics relevant to you as a recruiter and/or labor market communication specialist. Topics covered in 2022 included:

Besides the sessions, sociability is the main focus. Catching up with acquaintances and meeting new people, while enjoying a snack or an activity. Besides yoga, bocce ball, photoboot, ball pit and festival make-up, there was so much more to experience during the previous edition. And good news: in 2023 we want to go the extra mile, so we hope to have at least 250 participants again!
