After a successful edition in 2022, the next one is already planned. Festival Recruitment in the Sun 2023 will take place on Friday, September 15. It will be a day with various informative, interactive and inspiring sessions on a variety of topics relevant to you as a recruiter and/or labor market communication specialist. Besides the sessions, sociability is the main focus. Catching up with acquaintances and meeting new people, while enjoying a snack or an activity. Besides yoga, bocce ball, photoboot, ball pit and festival make-up, there was so much more to experience during the previous edition. And good news: in 2023 we want to go the extra mile, so we hope to have at least 250 participants again!
Kevin Wheeler and other (inter)national speakers will gather with the exclusive Recruitment Leaders Network on May 23, 2024. The meeting will take place at Karel V in Utrecht, the theme Future of Talent will take center stage. Also this day is for 50 reruitment leaders on invite only.
Also in 2023 we will continue the meetings of the Recruitment Leaders Network. On invite only basis we will organize the Annual Opening in Rotterdam, on Jabnuary 19. Top sport, transparency and emancipation in the labor market will be central during this day.
Another exclusive meeting of the Recruitment Leaders Network will take place on Wednesday, November 16. We are still working on the details of this afternoon session, which will take place in Hoofddorp. The central theme is Total Talent Acquisition.
On Wednesday, December 14, the year will be ‘closed’ with an informal dinner and drinks for directors and management of agencies in the Netherlands. It is the closing of the old year and looking ahead to the new year with various lectures by people with a stimulating vision of the developments in the international agency world.

Exclusively – on an invite only basis – we are hosting C-level boardroom presentations for the Recruitment Leaders Network on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. These will be multiple C-level sessions with a focus on a current topic (to be determined). The recruitment leader will participate along with someone from the boardroom. A total of 3 thought leaders in the field of recruitment will tell an inspiring and provocative story to think differently about recruitment, retention, training and the labor market.
The exclusiveRecruitment Leaders Network does not only meet to share its own experiences and inspiration. Active meetings are also part of the program. For example, on Thursday, April 6, 2023, we are organizing a company visit, to inspire the recruitment leaders in a different way. The activities of the network are based on invite only.
