In 2023, the first edition of the “Internationalization of the Dutch Labor Market” congress took place in Rotterdam. This year, the second edition will be held on September 9th in The Hague. The issue of internationalization is not only politically charged but also essential for businesses to attract and retain talent. It brings both societal and social complexity, ranging from housing to healthcare.
During this congress, participants will gain valuable insights from facts, context, practical examples, best practices, critical discussions, and explorations of challenges, issues, and solutions. Topics will range from knowledge and labor migration to offshoring and nearshoring, and from housing, reallocation, and spouses to homelessness, economic growth, innovation, and productivity growth. Furthermore, all perspectives will be discussed, partly interactively but always inspiring and well-founded.
With top speakers and experts from the Netherlands, ranging from academia to the practice of labor mediation, from political interpretation to economic reality, and from labor migrants to knowledge workers. All perspectives will be discussed, partly interactively but always inspiring and well-founded.
Under the inspiring leadership of Diana Matroos, many interesting speakers will appear.
