Die Konferenz dauert drei Tage. Die Konferenz beginnt am 26. September mit einem Pre-Conference-Drink in der Nähe von Amsterdam.

27. September

Am 27. September gibt es mehrere Redner, Experten auf dem Gebiet der Talentintelligenz, Masterclasses, an denen Sie teilnehmen können, und Vorführungen. Außerdem gibt es einen Bereich, in dem Sie verschiedene Stände von Unternehmen besuchen können, die auf Talent Intelligence spezialisiert sind. Es wird ein köstliches Mittagessen angeboten, und es bleibt Zeit für eine kulturelle Aktivität. Natürlich gibt es auch reichlich Gelegenheit zum Networking.

28. September

Am 28. September werden wir zunächst auf den Vortag zurückblicken und besprechen, worüber gesprochen und was gelernt wurde. Dann gibt es 4 Business Cases, denen Sie folgen können. Vier Unternehmen berichten über ihre Erfahrungen mit Talent Intelligence und wie sie damit umgehen. Auch an diesem Tag gibt es ein leckeres Mittagessen, Zeit für Kultur und reichlich Gelegenheit zum Networking.
