The integration of data within an already sound system sounds nearly too good to be true — but so much holds true for the new partnership between SmartRecruiters and Intelligence Group. Whether it’s information on recruitment feasibility, job preferences, socio-demographics, candidate expectations or media behaviour — those data points are now available in SmartRecruiters’ recruitment system with the click of a button.
‘Knowing where to look is half the work’
With an added focus on international, remote recruitment through the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, SmartRecruiters has seemingly taken another leap forward. “Knowing where to look is half the work when hiring”, said Stanislaw Wasowicz, SmartRecruiters’ Regional Director Alliances EMEA. “With an increasing number of employers becoming remote-first, hiring teams can look for talent practically everywhere.”

With Intelligence Group’s unique, realtime information, users can now use it as a compass to understand where to target recruitment marketing and sourcing efforts. Since 2003, the Dutch organisation has collected and analysed 28 European countries — as well as the United States. That information is then used by corporate recruiters as well as intermediaries, to ensure supply and demand is brought together. “It is a very welcome addition to our market-leading partner ecosystem”, concluded Wasowicz.
‘Opening up talent intelligence’
It becomes the first time Intelligence Group’s data is integrated in a worldwide recruitment solution. “It is a pleasure to be able to work together with a technologically innovative organisation such as SmartRecruiters”, said Geert-Jan Waasdorp, CEO of Intelligence Group. “With this, we’re able to open up a European and worldwide talent intelligence in an integrated manner for the first time. With these insights, it becomes an effortless task to formulate a recruitment strategy.”
