Frank van Gool (1966) was one of the trendsetters in the field of labor migration in the Netherlands at the beginning of this century with OTTO Work Force. Today the company is the market leader in Europe, with over 25,000 international employees in logistics, production and E-commerce in the Netherlands alone. The OTTO organization has over 1,000 executives and a network of 50 offices in 13 countries.
In 2018, Van Gool established a new standard for flexible housing with the establishment of the specialized housing arm KaFra Housing.
OTTO Work Force is part of publicly traded Japanese Outsourcing Inc, where Frank van Gool sits on the Board of Directors.
With his companies, Frank fights for a better position of international employees in the Netherlands. He also expresses his vision in his monthly columns in the industry magazine Flexmarkt.
