ToTalent Live exists of three strategic topics spread out over three days. We’re kicking off on March the 23rd with expert talks on diversity recruiting. “It’s all about why you’ve got to care about it and how to operationalise it from it being an idea to something that you do on a day-to-day basis”, Lee says in the video.
One day later, on March the 24th, the emphasis will be on quality-of-hire. “How do you get away from the old metrics?”, Lee asks. “Think about the best people you’re going to hire — how are you going to make sure that happens?”
The final day of the three-day event will revolve around another essential element: boosting your TA teams. “In other words: leadership coaching, not only for yourself but also for the people you lead”, Hung says.
